1. Minor scuffles need no permission! But if it's anything major (or if one of her Servants is present) it's best to be in touch.
2. Again, anything minor doesn't need to be talked about first, but big stuff probably yes. Also, be warned that depending on circumstances (and their mood at the time) there's always a risk of one of the Servants taking exception to any harm done to their Master.
